What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a training system that challenges not only your body but your mind, too. It develops the basic physical skills: strength, endurance, mobility, velocity, balance, accuracy.  The workouts are short, but intense. The warm up, the main workout itself and the cool down last no more than an hour together. The very “religious” crossfitters say to the fitness freaks: “Your workout is our warmup!”
