This is a quick, easy, tasty and healthy recipe for a home-made dessert. It is a perfect way to reward yourself and regain strength after a hard workout, but it can also be a part of your breakfast, if you want to have a tasty kick-start of your day
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons of powdered cacao
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 50 gr. walnuts, almonds or other raw nuts
You can also add shredded coconut, if you like (no more than 2 teaspoons)
Peel and cut the avocado and the banana into pieces. Mix them well with a fork or a kitchen robot, so they get homogeneous. Add the honey and the powdered cacao and stir. The nuts can be milled or cut into tiny pieces – add them, together with the shredded coconut and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 min.
The dessert contains a lot of simple carbohydrates, as well as healthy fatty acids. Please, consume wisely!
