The Advanced CrossFit classes are definitely what you are looking for! They are suitable for advanced athletes and those who will take part in different competitions. They are also for the people who want to challenge theirselves at a different level and to whom CrossFit is religion.
We train hard and work not only with our bodies but with our minds, too. We will teach you how to build a successful strategy for every workout and how to use your power depending on your capacity, so you get your best. You will do competition WODs,
weightlifting and olympic lifts. It will be hard, but not impossible!
The groups consist of 6 persons max.
