Personal Workouts

dsc_2840This class is one-on-one session with a personal trainer and the program is designed according to your individual goals and needs. We can do CrossFit WODs, functional training, mobility, etc.

The class is suitable for everyone who is not confident enough to work out in a group or cannot come to the group sessions because the schedule is not convenient to them.

The personal workouts are ideal for people with specific needs – injuries, pregnancy or post-pregnancy period, a specific disease. During those sessions we can also work on preparation of athletes for different competitions.

The personal workouts are done only with a preliminary notice.
