Train CrossFit using your own program!

img_0160If you feel prepared enough, this class is for you. Come into our gym and create your own workout. You can do a WOD you invented by yourself or something you saw at the CrossFit Games done by the best crossfitters in the world for example.

You can also work specifically on a skill you are not so good at.

The coaches will be beside you, but you will mainly count on yourself!
