Strength WOD

You want to lift weights, to be strong and take olympic lifts as a piece of cake?

DSC_1489Yes, this is definitely your WOD. Here the accent is on weightlifting, olympic lifts and strength crossfit workouts. We emphasize on the technique which guarantees your progress.

We do basic movements with weights – front and back squat, deadlift, military and push press, developing your strength. The olympic lifts help for strength and coordination.

Those classes are suitable for intermediate and advanced athletes.

The groups consist of max 6 people, so we can pay attention to everyone.
