Today I would like to suggest to you the workout we did yesterday in the gym. It is based on exercises we have taken from crossfit and the combination is highly effective. We can surely say this was the WOW from the last week.

You have to do it for the shortest time possible!

100 squats (just once) and afterwards 5 rounds of:

15 kettlebell swings
-3 pullups
15 knees to elbows or toes to bar

100 situps (just once)

If you think this workout will make you lose sense of your legs – you are wrong 🙂

I expect your comments on which part of your body was most exhausted!
